Tracelo Charged Without Subscription or Account - Refund Requested
I recently discovered an unauthorized charge from Tracelo on my bank card, in the amount of €39. I had never used Tracelo’s services before and did not knowingly subscribe to anything. When I saw this transaction, I even had to search online to understand what Tracello is, because I have never used their services or received anything from them. When I tried to cancel or at least check whether I had an account, I attempted to subscribe using my only email address, but the system told me that there is no such email in their database. This means I cannot log in, I cannot access any account, and I cannot cancel anything, even though they have charged my bank card. I only noticed this charge today, and at the moment it is still shown as a reserved payment on my account. I have never given informed consent to any subscription with Tracelo, and I have not received any benefit or service in return for this payment. I plan to contact my bank in Lithuania on Monday, as customer service is not available during the weekend, and I am also prepared to involve the authorities if necessary, because this situation appears to be unauthorized charging. I request that Tracello immediately cancel any possible subscription that may have been created in my name without my knowledge, stop any further charges, and provide a full refund of the €39 taken from my bank card. I also ask for a clear written explanation of how my card was charged even though their system shows that my email address does not exist in their database.
