Tracelo Subscription Billing Issue and Refund Request
I am writing regarding an issue with my Tracelo subscription, where money was deducted from my account without my authorization. On 20/02/26 and 21/02/26, a total of $28 Fijian was taken from my account for this subscription. These deductions were not approved by me, and despite this amount being charged, I did not receive any proper response from Tracelo customer service about the issue. The problem is still ongoing as of today, and I am very unhappy with the lack of communication and resolution. I kindly request a full refund of the $28 Fijian that was deducted without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any unauthorized subscription or future deductions linked to my account. I expect written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that no further charges will be made.
