Tracelo has withdrawn money from my account without my authorization, and I want this resolved immediately. I never approved any transaction, subscription, or recurring payment, yet funds are being pulled from my balance without notice or consent. This is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I demand a full refund of the unauthorized withdrawal and an explanation of how this was even allowed to happen. If there is a subscription or service linked to my account, I want it canceled immediately and my payment details permanently removed from your system.

Tracelo, you are responsible for this unauthorized transaction, and I expect my ₺ to be returned in full without delay. If this happens again, I will pursue legal steps. Fix this now.
