Tracelo Refund After Cancelation Request!

I used the Tracelo website as a free trial to try to locate my stolen phone, and afterwards, I discovered a charge of $12.25 on my Mastercard on February 3, 2026. I did not intend to continue with any paid plan beyond the free trial. I request that my Tracelo subscription, if any, has been created in my name, be cancelled immediately, and that no further charges be made to my Mastercard. I also ask for written confirmation that my account has been fully cancelled and that there will be no future billing related to this service.
