Tracelo App Drained My Account with Small Charges and No Results
On January 18 at around 2:00 PM, I paid money to the Tracelo app to locate my Samsung A26/A5 phone. While using the app, repeated charges of approximately $1 were made from my account, and in the end, even after my entire account balance was withdrawn, the app still did not locate my phone. It continues to show the status as “pending.”
The app not only failed to find my phone, but it also withdrew all the money in my account, which has caused me financial harm. I am requesting that Tracelo either provide the location of my phone in exchange for the fees I paid or urgently assist me in resolving this matter.
