To stop Tracelo from automatically renewing your subscription, log in, go to your account settings, or visit their unsubscribe page.
Then, check your email address to stop payments from happening again and again.
If that doesn't work, email Tracelo help and make sure you clearly ask for cancellation and confirmation.
Many users report getting charged every month for things they didn't buy, so if Tracelo keeps charging you after you've cancelled, dispute the charges right away with your bank or credit card company to stop future payments.
If all else fails, you can file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
