Tracelo Needs to Cancel My Unauthorized Subscription

I am submitting a complaint regarding unauthorized charges made by Trakelo from my bank account, even though I have never used any of their services or knowingly opened an account with them. On 10 May 2026, an amount of 35 PLN was taken from my account via a payment described as TRACELO-HELP.COM. I did not authorize this transaction, did not knowingly register with this company and did not consent to any subscription or payment plan. I request the immediate closure of any account or profile that may have been opened in my name with Tracelo, the blocking of any further charges and written confirmation that no more debits will be made from my account in the future. I also expect the company to check how my data was used and to ensure that it is not processed without my consent.
