Tracelo Unauthorized Charges in My Account

I am writing to report unauthorized charges from a company called Tracelo that have appeared on my Cash App card, even though I have no idea who this company is or what service they provide. During this month, I noticed that Tracelo has charged my account at least three times, with each charge being approximately 0.60. I have never knowingly signed up for any service or subscription with Tracelo and did not give permission for these payments. I tried to reach Tracelo, but I received no answer and have not been able to get any information from them about why they are charging my account. I have also informed my bank about these unauthorized transactions and, as a precaution, I have now blocked any further charges from this source. With this complaint, I want these repeated small unauthorized charges to be investigated, and I would like support in ensuring that no further payments to Tracelo can be taken from my account without my explicit consent. I also request that any unauthorized amounts already collected from my account be reviewed and, if confirmed as unauthorized, refunded to me.
