Tracelo Cancel Recurring Subscription
I have an ongoing problem with an unwanted subscription payment linked to the service TRACELO-HELP.COM ASD, which is somehow connected to an app I installed to track a phone via Find My iPhone. Despite my attempts, I have not been able to cancel this subscription, and it has continued to charge my FNB credit card. The first unwanted charge appeared last week, and another charge went off today, for a total of 24 rands so far. I tried to cancel the subscription through Tracelo, but I am unable to complete the cancellation because I no longer remember the email address I used when I registered. For this reason, I also cannot manage or access the account properly. I have not canceled the card with FNB because changing the card would be a lot of work and would create difficulties for me. I am asking for this subscription with TRACELO-HELP.COM ASD to be permanently canceled and for all future payments from my FNB credit card to be stopped. I would like this issue to be resolved urgently so that no further deductions are made from my account.
