I’m facing the exact same issue many others have reported with Tracelo. I only visited their website once—I didn’t sign up for anything, didn’t approve any payment, and didn’t even download or use their app. Despite that, the very next day, ₺988 was withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge or consent.
It appears my card details were somehow saved without authorization, which raises serious concerns about data privacy and unethical practices. I never agreed to any service, never used the platform, and received absolutely nothing in return for this charge.
I demand an immediate full refund of the ₺988 and expect Tracelo to review their billing practices and stop unauthorized transactions. If this isn't resolved swiftly, I will be escalating the matter through legal and consumer protection channels.
