For the past five months, Tracelo has been charging ₺949 from my account without my knowledge. Since this was a card I rarely use, I only noticed when a payment delay occurred.
I have never authorized these transactions, and I consider this an unauthorized withdrawal from my account. I have already closed my Tracelo account, but I demand an immediate refund for all the charges deducted without my consent.
I will be filing a criminal complaint with the authorities, as this feels like theft. I expect Tracelo to take responsibility, process my refund immediately, and ensure such unauthorized charges do not happen to anyone else. I will take all necessary legal actions if this is not resolved!
