Tracelo App Unauthorised Charge – I Never Used It

I am extremely frustrated with the Tracelo app. Despite never using it, I discovered that a large sum of ₺949 was withdrawn from my account by this app. I don’t even know what Tracelo is or how they got access to my payment details. This unauthorized charge is completely unacceptable. How could this happen without my knowledge or consent? I demand an immediate refund and a clear explanation of how my information was compromised. I’ve never used the app, and yet here I am, dealing with this unexpected and unexplained withdrawal. Someone from Tracelo needs to take responsibility and resolve this issue quickly.
