Tracelo Charged Me Twice for One Transaction — Requesting Refund
On November 1, 2025, I purchased a location tracking service through Tracelo. However, I noticed that my account was charged twice for the same transaction — two payments of approximately $1 each.
I only performed the transaction once and did not receive any error message, nor did I attempt to repeat it.
I have not yet contacted Tracelo customer service regarding my refund request. The transaction was made using my bank card and linked to my email address: s**********@gmail.com**. I do not have a receipt or transaction number for this payment. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I used the service in Istanbul.
I request a refund of the duplicate charge that was taken from my account in error.
