Tracelo Help Wrongfully Charged ₺950 From My Kuveyt Turk Account Without Consent

On December 9, 2025, I used the Tracelo Help service through Tracelo’s official website to try to locate my lost phone. The site stated that the service fee would be ₺50, which I agreed to.

However, without entering any card details or providing confirmation, Tracelo wrongfully charged ₺950 directly from my Kuveyt Türk bank account. I did not receive any invoice, customer number, or order confirmation regarding this transaction.

This is an unauthorized and unfair withdrawal. I request that Tracelo immediately refund the ₺950 taken from my account without consent.
