Tracelo Charged My Card Without Consent – Unauthorized ₺997 Payment

Tracelo continues to charge my credit card without my approval after I initially purchased their service. I signed up for their phone tracking program for ₺21, hoping to locate my lost phone. However, I quickly realized that the service was completely useless and did not work as advertised.

I never received any confirmation or details about my purchase. At first, I didn’t think much about the ₺21 charge, but the next day, I was shocked to see that Tracelo had withdrawn an additional ₺997 from my card—without my knowledge or consent!

This is completely unacceptable! Tracelo, refund my money immediately and stop unauthorized charges! Has anyone else experienced this? Be careful before entering your card details!
