Unauthorized Charges from Tracelo - Refund Request

Hello, I do not recall subscribing to Tracelo, yet I have already been charged several times, which I do not understand, especially since there is no record of it in my email account. I would like to be refunded for the two times that the amount of €6 was withdrawn from me. Thank you for your understanding.
