TP-Link C202 Camera Remote Access Stopped Working Outside Home Wi-Fi
I am using a TP-Link C202 camera, and as of this morning, I can only view the camera when my phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the device. When I am using mobile data or connected to a different network, I cannot access the camera remotely, which completely defeats the purpose of using this product for security and remote monitoring. I contacted TP-Link customer support regarding this issue and was told that the problem was forwarded to the relevant department and that I needed to wait. However, I have not received any concrete solution or clear information, and the issue is still ongoing. I am requesting that the remote access problem with my TP-Link C202 camera be resolved as soon as possible so that I can reliably access the camera from outside my home network. I expect this issue to be urgently investigated and a clear solution to be provided.
