Canon Camera Wi-Fi Connection Issues Preventing Photo Transfer

18

I recently bought a new Canon camera, but I'm facing serious issues connecting it to the Canon app for transferring photos. Although my camera connects to Bluetooth, the app requires Wi-Fi to be enabled as well. Despite turning on Wi-Fi, neither my camera nor phone detects a Wi-Fi network. When the Canon app prompts to "Join Wi-Fi," selecting it results in an error message, and I can't connect. Alternatively, trying to connect through the camera by enabling Wi-Fi shows “Searching…” on the screen, but even after waiting for over an hour, nothing changes. This has made transferring my photos impossible. I need guidance on how to resolve this connection problem urgently.
