I Lost My Toyota Corolla Cross Warranty Over Windshield Fluid

In July 2024, I bought a brand-new 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. Before even reaching one year with the car, the front windshield washer nozzles stopped spraying. Thinking the fluid had simply run out, I followed Toyota’s own recommendation and used a well-known brand of blue windshield washer fluid. But still, no spray.
I took the car to Toyota Borovalı in İzmir, where I was told the washer reservoir might have formed sediment because the car sat too long before delivery. When I mentioned I had added blue fluid after assuming the reservoir was empty, they blamed the fluid I used and claimed it voided my warranty. What’s worse, when they returned the car, the nozzle spray was misaligned—it now shoots backward instead of hitting the windshield. When I asked for it to be corrected, they refused, again citing the invalid warranty.
A few months later, the front nozzles clogged again. I went to Toyota Tokullar İzmir, where they cleared the blockage but said the Borovalı service note meant my warranty was still void. They also failed to realign the nozzles, and when I asked for a permanent solution—given the long distance and my demanding schedule as a doctor—I was told they couldn't help.
Now, just 15–20 days later, the rear nozzle has also stopped working. That makes three separate failures in less than one year. I fear they'll misalign the rear nozzle next too. This is my first car, and I take great care of it. But I’ve been denied support, all because I used a common, recommended blue washer fluid.
I am deeply disappointed in Toyota, especially Borovalı Plaza. I demand a permanent fix, and if necessary, replacement of defective parts. I request the restoration of my warranty and immediate resolution of this recurring issue. This level of service is unacceptable from a brand that markets itself on reliability and customer satisfaction.
