I own a Toyota Proace City Cargo, and I recently experienced an issue involving an unusual noise from the vehicle. I contacted G*** Toyota service** for support, expecting to be assisted under the 10-year warranty that was promised to me at the time of purchase.
However, to my surprise, I was told that the issue is not covered under warranty, and that Toyota’s much-advertised 10-year warranty commitment doesn't actually apply in practice. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a clear case of misleading advertising.
The contradiction between what was promised during the sale and what is actually delivered afterward is unacceptable. On top of that, the attitude of the service staff was careless and dismissive. Their unwillingness to provide a solution has completely eroded my trust in the Toyota brand.
A global company like Toyota should stand behind its promises and protect its customers—not leave them feeling ignored and deceived. I expected transparent, solution-oriented service; instead, I’ve been met with indifference.
Toyota, I demand that this issue be re-evaluated and handled under the warranty coverage that was clearly promised at the time of sale. Honor your word and treat your customers with the respect they deserve.
