Toyota Proace City Adblue and Transmission Error

Hello, I bought my Toyota Proace City in 2023, and it only has 55 km on the odometer. However, I've come across two persistent problems. Firstly, it appears that there is a software issue concerning AdBlue. Also, during a drive, a transmission error occurs, which requires the vehicle to be parked right away. I'm not sure if these are ongoing problems or just how the vehicle is supposed to work. I need support right away.
