Toyota Corolla 1.4 Diesel Oil Consumption Issue and Disappointing Customer Service

My Toyota Corolla 1.4 diesel has a problem with how much oil it uses. When Toyota couldn't find a solution, I had no choice but to take legal action. Due to manufacturing flaws that were not made public, the court decided that the car should be replaced. But Toyota Turkey is not helping in any way with the vehicle replacement. They seem determined to drag out the process. I am currently driving a car that doesn't work right, and Toyota Turkey doesn't care about customer satisfaction. In accordance with the court's decision, I want my car to be replaced with a new one as soon as possible. It's really disappointing to see such a bad attitude from a well-known and reliable brand like Toyota.
