Approximately six months ago, I purchased a Xiaomi TV A55 through Trendyol. Due to a demanding work schedule, I was only able to install and begin using the television today, several months after the purchase date. After completing the setup, I discovered that the product's performance and picture quality are far below expectations. The television operates extremely slowly, the image quality is disappointing, and the channel sorting and management system is unnecessarily complicated and difficult to use.

In my opinion, this television does not justify the approximately $454 I paid for it. The product fails to provide even a basic television experience at an acceptable level. I did not expect such poor quality from a brand like Xiaomi, and I am genuinely disappointed with this purchase.

At the moment, I no longer have access to the Trendyol account used to place the order, which is why I have been unable to submit a request directly through the platform. However, I still possess all relevant documentation and materials, including the order records, original box, packaging, and related paperwork. The television is currently installed and in use in Manavgat, Antalya.

I request that Xiaomi accept the return of this product and initiate the refund process. I expect the company to stand behind its product and provide a fair resolution by refunding the full amount I paid. I hope this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible and that my dissatisfaction as a customer can be properly addressed.
