Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus Sound Quality Is Worse Than My Old Samsung Phone
Yesterday, we purchased a Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G with 256 GB storage and 8 GB RAM from the Xiaomi store at M***** Ö****** Mall. During the purchase, the phone’s sound quality was specifically praised, and we were told that the audio performance was good.
However, after we came home and used the phone in detail, we realized that the sound quality was extremely poor. It sounds almost like a cheap car stereo. For a phone in this price range, it is truly disappointing that one of the most basic features, sound performance, is this weak. It is unbelievable that the audio quality is even worse than our nearly 10-year-old Samsung device.
When we contacted the store, we were told that “the sound seems normal.” However, during the sales process, this weak sound performance was never mentioned. On the contrary, the sound quality was especially emphasized as a positive feature. For this reason, I believe the product was presented to us in a misleading way.
Due to this negative experience, I request that the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G device we purchased be accepted for return and that the full amount we paid be refunded to us without any deduction.
I received no response from the store; the staff acted as if the problem was on your side, not mine. My request to replace the phone with an equivalent due to the sound issue was denied; although the female employee was helpful, the male employees behaved cunningly.
