Redmi Note 14 Pro Cannot Maintain 120 FPS in PUBG Mobile

I purchased a Redmi Note 14 Pro in Pamukova, Sakarya, and I have been experiencing serious performance issues, particularly while playing PUBG Mobile. When I bought the device, it was advertised as supporting 120 FPS in PUBG Mobile. However, during gameplay, the frame rate constantly fluctuates between 30 and 40 FPS, resulting in significant lag and stuttering.

Even when I set the graphics options to 60 FPS, the game remains far from smooth and is difficult to play competitively. The performance falls well below what was promised and what I reasonably expected when purchasing the device.

This issue has been present since the very first day I started using the phone. Over time, the ongoing performance problems have significantly reduced my enjoyment of the game. I specifically invested in this device because of its advertised gaming capabilities, and failing to receive the promised level of performance has been extremely disappointing.

I expect Xiaomi to ensure that the advertised 120 FPS support for PUBG Mobile is genuinely available and functional on this device. I also request that the company implement the necessary software optimizations to improve gaming performance and allow the hardware to perform as intended.

I would like this issue to be thoroughly investigated and resolved through a permanent solution so that I can fully benefit from the capabilities that were promoted at the time of purchase.
