Toyota CHR Windshield Washer Motor Stopped Working

In 2021, I purchased a Toyota CHR, and the windshield washer motor has been consistently problematic. Sometimes it sprays water, sometimes it doesn't, and it never sprayed water on the rear window—I thought that feature didn't exist. I mentioned the issue several times at the service center, and they said there was no problem. Eventually, the motor completely stopped working. Now the service center says they don't have the part and are unsure if it will be covered under warranty. We haven't been able to resolve a defect that was present from the first day I started the car for three years.
