Toyota Breaks Agreement on Vehicle Protection Plan

When I bought a car from Toyota, they sold me a package called Toyota Protect 5 that included a ceramic coating and protection for the car's interior. The coating on the car's body, though, was gone after only two months. When I called the dealer, they told me the coating had only been put on once. They also said that the interior protection package was not on record. Even though the dealership had a receipt for the package, they would not agree to a verbal deal, saying that they could not do so without a written agreement. I talked to the salesperson I had made the deal with several times, but they only washed the car once and didn't do anything else. They said that there was no proof that the car had ever been fixed. When I called the company's main office, they told me there was nothing they could do to help me. Toyota has made me angry and lied to me. I want the company to take responsibility for not giving me the car protection package they said they would and pay me for the money I lost.
