I have a 2009 white Toyota Corolla, and there is paint peeling in various areas of the car. I am now afraid to even wash my car because the paint peels off like paper. I am 43 years old, this is not my first car, and I have never experienced anything like this with other vehicles. Toyota representatives are not acknowledging this defect or offering any compensation, and as customers, we are extremely disturbed by this situation. This approach is causing the brand to lose customers, and it is not fitting for the TOYOTA name.
I applied twice to the authorized Toyota service center in Çorlu regarding the paint-peeling issue, but I received a rejection from the headquarters each time. This does not change the fact that the paint on my car is peeling. I will continue to pursue my complaint and my legal rights. For your information.
