Township Account Suspension Issue – Purchases and Progress Lost

My Township game account named “Emir Kaan,” which is connected to my Google Play and Facebook accounts, has been blocked for the past three days without any explanation.
In addition to spending a significant amount of time on the game, I have also spent a considerable amount of money, even though I am a student. At this point, I am completely unable to access my account.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the Township support team, but I have not received any response so far.
Not only has no reason been provided for blocking my account, but the purchases I made and the effort I invested have effectively been lost.
I am a student, and every dollar I spend is important to me. Therefore, I request that my account be reinstated as soon as possible. I also ask that the inconvenience and loss I have experienced be addressed, and that appropriate compensation be provided, taking into account my purchases and losses.
