I Report Sudden Account Deletion And Loss Of My eFootball Game Progress

I purchased and created my eFootball account long before today’s issue. Until now, I had no problems with my account. However, today without any prior warning or reason, my entire account progress was deleted. When I opened the game, it prompted me to start over and re-enter my user information as if I was a new player.

I am sure that my old account still exists because I can see it listed, but unfortunately, I had not linked it properly. Despite this, all of my hard-earned progress is gone, and the game forced me to restart.

This has caused me great emotional distress because I invested so much time, effort, and potentially money into my account. I built my squad, improved my ranking, and enjoyed countless matches—all of which now seem wasted.

I explicitly request the full recovery of my original eFootball account and its complete game progress. I do not want to start over again.
