Royal Match Chat Ban on Multiple Accounts With No Explanation
In the Royal Match game, my accounts with the IDs kaan 2L5WZ7Y3, kaan 27HL3NCG, and kaan 24PEX4PD have all been subject to a chat ban, device restriction, and Gmail block for nearly a year. During this entire period, I have written to support three separate times, yet I have never received a single reply or explanation.
I do not know why the chat restriction was placed on my accounts. No reason or justification has ever been communicated to me. I tried contacting you through every available channel—including in-app support, social media, and email—but I was completely ignored. My accounts are linked to both Gmail and Facebook, and I have invested a lot of time, effort, and progress into them.
At this point, I specifically request that the chat ban be lifted, while I accept that the device and Gmail restrictions may remain. However, the lack of transparency and communication from Royal Match is unacceptable and leaves players like me frustrated and unheard.
I ask for a clear explanation of why these restrictions were applied and for my chat access to be restored immediately so that I can enjoy the game fully again.
Progress
I have been playing the Royal Match game on the Android platform for about 5 years. Last year, my account was chat banned without any explanation. This ban has not been lifted for about 15-16 months and during this time I have contacted the support team multiple times. I reached out in writing three times both through the app and via different channels, and I also changed my phone and logged in again, but the problem persists.
My in-game username is “Horoz” and my player ID is: 2l5wz7y3. The chat ban has never been lifted since it started. Moreover, during this period, I made in-game purchases and bought content on three different accounts.
I want my chat ban to be lifted. I request that this issue, which has not been resolved for a long time, be investigated and my grievance be addressed.
Unfortunately, no matter how many times I wrote, there was no progress. I changed my phone model, but still did not receive any response and my chat ban was not lifted. Please remove my chat bans.
