I Returned 2 Touche Prive Skirts but Got No Refund Update or Clear Communication

I ordered two skirts from the Touche Prive website, but when they arrived, I was really disappointed with the quality. They looked and felt nothing like what was shown online. So, I initiated a return right away.

But after I sent the items back, I was completely left in the dark. I received zero updates about the return status—no confirmation of receipt, no processing info, nothing. I had to go out of my way and email them myself just to find out if they even received the return. Only then did I get a basic, vague response.

For a brand that claims to be professional, this kind of customer experience is just not acceptable. Their communication is extremely weak and their return system lacks transparency.
