I placed an order from SHEIN with tracking number GSH16A26000MKNR for delivery in Sri Lanka. The package was marked as out for delivery yesterday, but the behavior of the delivery person and the way the delivery was handled have been very disappointing.
Yesterday, the delivery driver called me once and said he would come later. About three hours later, he called again, but at that time I was busy with iftar and prayer, so I could not answer immediately. When I called him back, he did not answer. The next morning, I called again, and he told me he could not come and would only be able to deliver after two days. He also said that when he called earlier, I did not answer, and his tone was dismissive and unhelpful.
When I asked him clearly when he would deliver the package, he said he could not give an exact date and would deliver it whenever he happened to be in the area. He even told me that if I needed the package urgently, I should come and pick it up from the office myself. This response made it clear that he had little concern for the customer or the delivery responsibility.
I am very disappointed with this unprofessional service and the lack of respect for my time and religious commitments. I request that my package be delivered to my address tomorrow with proper notice and respectful communication from the courier. I also ask that this delivery person’s behavior be reviewed to prevent similar situations in the future.
