Toshiba TV Not Detecting USB Drives — Feature Never Worked Since Day One

I bought a Toshiba 43UL2063DT TV online in 2023, and the device has never recognized any flash drive that I plug into its USB port. This issue has been happening since the very first day. I tried multiple flash drives and tested both USB ports, but nothing changed. All of these flash drives work perfectly on other devices.

I contacted both the store and the authorized service center about the issue, but I never received a response and no one followed up. The product is now out of warranty, but I am still experiencing a problem with a feature that has never worked properly.

I am requesting that the TV’s USB flash drive reading function be repaired.
