Toshiba Smart TV Keeps Restarting and Lost Wi-Fi

My Toshiba 49L2863DAT TV has been having constant issues for about 3–4 months. First, it stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. Then, while watching videos on apps like YouTube, the TV started turning itself on and off. Most recently, when I plug it in, the power light flashes green and red, but the TV doesn’t turn on at all.

During this process, I contacted the authorized service center, but since the warranty has expired, they did not provide any solution. I bought the TV from the A101 Güventepe branch in Ankara, and I no longer have the receipt or customer number.

Because the device repeatedly has the same issues and became completely unusable in a short time, I am requesting free repair or, if possible, a replacement. I kindly ask that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
