Lenovo Laptop Having The Same Problem For The 3rd Time

Since the day it was purchased, the Lenovo laptop has been having the problem of not detecting the disk/not opening, and it only turns on 1-2 times out of 10. We sent the device to BDH Authorized Service under warranty, the BIOS was updated and sent to me. However, when the device arrived, it had the same problem and the repair was not done. A service record was opened for the second time and sent again. This time, it was sent to us stating that the main board was replaced after waiting for a part for the main board replacement. However, on the day it reached us, the same problem continued, we contacted them for the 3rd time for the same problem and asked for the device to be replaced with a new/higher model device. we requested. However, since 12.07.2024, the device has neither been registered nor requested for service, nor has a positive response been given. Thereupon, we called customer service and waited on line for 8-9 minutes before reaching them. The representative on the phone said there might not be a change. He gave nonsensical answers such as it might be customer related. The device is still with us, there is no response to the 10s of e-mails I have sent in terms of a solution, all they say is that we are waiting for a response from the authorized unit.
