Toshiba TV Screen Stopped Working and Vestel Service Refused Warranty Coverage
I bought a Toshiba television from Pazarama on 06/12/2023; yesterday the screen quit working. Vestel service handled repairs; assessed it; stated the screen was internally damaged by impact; said this was not covered under warranty and could only be fixed at my expense. It is incomprehensible for a television, stationary in my house, to suffer such damage and be deemed user mistake. Toshiba and Vestel's service really disappoints me as I am now in a tough position. This encounter has made me doubt the quality of the good and the dependability of the service. As soon as feasible, I want a just conclusion on this matter.
