The service that came said that it was from the power supply board and ordered a part and came again and installed the new part. The sound continued. He found that the LEDs of the TV were faulty and suggested that the LEDs be changed, but I do not accept it. I do not have to use a TV with changed LEDs. I requested that my product be replaced with a brand new one. After the service went, I was called and told that there would be no replacement. I will take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I request that they get back to me urgently and replace it with a brand new device
