Toptop VIP Yellow Diamond Account Permanently Banned Without Any Misconduct
On August 10, 2025, around 20:00, while using the Toptop app on my Redmi device, I was unfairly banned. I was simply chatting in a room when the room owner suddenly removed me, and shortly after, my entire account was permanently banned.
At that very moment, I had just purchased a VIP Yellow Diamond membership, and during the transaction, I was logged out of my account. I want to emphasize that I did not use insults, offensive words, or show inappropriate behavior—I was only having a normal conversation. The room owner (ID: 95874114, username: P*** **) insulted me instead, and I can provide proof of those messages.
I have been a long-time Toptop user and have made serious financial and personal investments into the platform. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an unfair situation, and it has caused me great frustration. I also contacted customer service about this issue and am still waiting for a response.
My requests are clear:
The ban on my account (username: yahya, ID: 97665278) should be lifted immediately.
The room owner who insulted me should be investigated and penalized accordingly.
My purchased VIP membership and account access should be fully restored.
I expect Toptop to resolve this matter urgently and prevent such unfair bans from happening to other users.
