On August 18 at 01:40, while playing on the Top Top app, I was harassed through private messages following unfair in-game behavior. The user, identified as M** with ID number 104581336**, sent me insulting and offensive messages that violated community standards and basic decency.
Even worse, this same user has been misusing my personal information by copying my avatar photo and username, spreading them without permission, and deliberately damaging my reputation. This is a serious violation of my privacy and personal rights.
I immediately used all available in-app options such as reporting, blocking, and filing a complaint, but this is not enough. The platform must take stronger action to prevent harassment, impersonation, and misuse of personal data.
I am requesting that the account associated with ID 104581336 be permanently suspended and that my personal data be removed from the app. I expect Top Top to treat this matter urgently and take the necessary measures to protect users’ privacy.
