Unable to Access Kingdom Qualifier in Top Eleven

Since 9 PM last night, I haven’t been able to access the Kingdom Qualifier event in Top Eleven. I’ve tried everything, including updating the app and restarting it, but the event still doesn’t appear for me. This issue is preventing me from progressing in the game, while other events are working just fine. I am asking Top Eleven to either fix this problem promptly or advance me directly to the finals, as it’s unfair to miss out due to a technical issue. Please address this urgently so I can participate in the event as intended.
