Unable to Join Clash Royale Events Due to Ongoing Error

I’m unable to join events in Clash Royale because the game keeps displaying a message saying, “You must collect your challenge reward first.” However, I haven’t participated in any event or earned any reward to collect.

I’ve tried everything to resolve the issue—restarting the game, logging out and back in, and even rebooting my phone—but the error persists. This has completely locked me out of participating in any events, which is incredibly frustrating.

I need this issue resolved as soon as possible so I can enjoy the game again. Clash Royale, please fix this bug immediately and ensure players don’t face unnecessary restrictions due to technical errors. I’m eagerly waiting for a solution!
