Top Eleven Penalty Event Bug Cost Me My Reward—No Support Response





I encountered a technical issue in the Top Eleven Penalty Event. Even though my player role was selected, the game did not recognize my selection, preventing me from completing the event.
For the past three days, I have been reporting this issue through the in-game support system. The only response I received was a request for a screenshot, which I provided multiple times. However, after that, they completely ignored my messages.
Now that the event has ended, I can no longer claim the player I rightfully earned after spending so much time. As a 14-year veteran of the game who has spent money on Top Eleven, I am beyond frustrated. I refuse to spend another dime unless this is resolved immediately!
