Top Eleven Video Rewards Not Working – Ad Loading Error for 5 Days

For the past week, I’ve been unable to watch videos in Top Eleven to earn rewards. Five days ago, the video feature disappeared entirely from my account. When I try to access the daily video rewards section, I keep getting the error message: "Wait, we are still loading the ad."
I’ve attached a screenshot showing the issue. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to resolve it, and there’s no way to contact support directly. This has disrupted my gameplay experience significantly, as I relied on the rewards from watching these videos.
I request Top Eleven to address this issue promptly and restore the video feature to my account. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
