Unable to Access Ad Rewards in Top Eleven – Requesting Equal Access to Features

I regularly play Top Eleven with my friends, and they receive valuable rewards from watching ads, which help them strengthen their teams daily. However, I am unable to access these ads or receive any rewards. This puts me at a disadvantage, as my friends can improve their teams through these daily bonuses, while I am left behind.
