Top Eleven Tokens Not Delivered Despite Purchase

I recently purchased tokens twice in Top Eleven, but neither set of tokens appeared in my account, even though the charges were added to my bill. I bought a total of 14 tokens across two transactions, and I’m frustrated that they haven’t been credited. I don’t understand why this issue is happening, but I need it resolved as soon as possible. Either the charges should be removed from my bill, or the tokens should be delivered to my account. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect prompt action to correct it so I can continue enjoying the game without further issues.
