I purchased the Star Ticket in PK XD, but I encountered a payment error during the process. When I logged back in, the system showed that the payment went through, yet the Star Ticket isn’t showing up in my account. This is unacceptable for a game I’ve supported financially. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I won’t spend any more money on PK XD and will escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities. I expect the Star Ticket I paid for to be added to my account immediately. Please fix this problem and ensure that such errors don’t happen in the future.
