Tommy Hilfiger Unworn Men's Sweatshirt was Denied Returns and Refunds
I bought a sweatshirt from the Tommy Hilfiger store at Optimum Izmir on August 12th. It cost 1090 TL. I'm sorry, but the sweatshirt I got was the wrong size for me. So, I asked for my money back for what I bought. But I was told that only exchanges were allowed, and this conversation happened just a week ago. I am writing to request a complete refund in this situation. I want my concerns to be addressed, and I'm interested in knowing how this matter will be resolved. I know that policies can be different, but as a customer, I think it's important to make sure people don't feel unhappy or at a disadvantage. I would prefer a refund instead of an exchange in this situation. I always shop at Tommy Hilfiger because they have a good reputation for quality and customer service. I feel disappointed when my expectations are not fulfilled. I am contacting you to request a refund. I would appreciate it if you could give my request serious consideration.
