Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Have Peeling Leather and Faded Color

I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes from Boyner in May 2023, expecting high quality from such a reputable brand. Unfortunately, the shoes have been deteriorating over time. The leather started peeling, and the color has noticeably faded. This is incredibly disappointing and not what I expected from Tommy Hilfiger.

I’ve used other Tommy Hilfiger products, such as their bags, without any issues, but these shoes have let me down significantly. I believe a brand like Tommy Hilfiger should stand behind their products and resolve this issue promptly. I am requesting a solution to this problem, whether it be a replacement or compensation, to restore my trust in the brand.
