Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Return Complaint
I purchased Tommy shoes on April 6, 2024, and within 15-20 days of use, serious issues such as tearing at the toe area and bursting outer seams occurred in both shoes. I reported this to your store and returned the product. However, upon receiving the item again, I encountered the same problems and had to return it once more.
After the product was resent, I received an irrelevant explanation from your side regarding the issues I had reported. This situation has not only failed to resolve my grievances but also undermined customer satisfaction.
I want to emphasize that I tried Tommy brand for the first time with this purchase, trusting its quality. Despite raising my complaint across all social media platforms (email, X, Instagram), I have not received any response from any of them! I request the acceptance of the return of this defective product under my legal rights (Consumer Protection Law No. 6502). Otherwise, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
I kindly request prompt resolution of this matter and remedying of my grievance.
